Standard delivery includes flattened high-res master TIFF and sRGB JPEG files. Neatly organized layered PSD / TIFF files (subject, shadows and color grading on separate layers) are an optional paid add-on (+50%) if you ask before we start.
Yes. Ghost mannequin (also called invisible mannequin) is part of our apparel work. We combine the front shot with the inside lining and collar shot, so the garment keeps its shape, cut and brand tag with no mannequin or model visible. It is included in the standard commercial quote.
It covers pure white or custom backgrounds that meet Amazon and Shopify guidelines, careful dust and reflection cleanup, consistent colors across your whole product line, and high-resolution masters (2500px+) for zoom. You get an sRGB JPEG for marketplace upload and a 16-bit TIFF master for print and campaigns.
Standard turnaround is 3 to 7 business days depending on volume and complexity. Rush delivery is available on request for an additional +50% rush fee, and we confirm the exact timeline in your personal quote.
